Orders, pricing and availability
We aim to keep product information current but do not guarantee constant availability. Prices and product details may change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, correct pricing errors, and cancel orders where necessary. If an order is cancelled after payment, any eligible amount will be refunded following our refund procedures.

Shipping, returns and refunds
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Shipping times are provided as estimates: 3–7 business days within Canada and 5–10 business days for the United States after shipment. Returns are accepted within 30 days for unused items in original packaging; return shipping is paid by the customer. Refunds are issued after inspection and are normally completed within 7 business days of approval.

Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase will not exceed the purchase price of the affected item.
